The Safe Table - Group Coaching

Neuro-affirming Intuitive Eating group coaching. 

This small, supportive group runs over 10–12 weeks for those who want to build a more peaceful relationship with food, body, and wellbeing, in a way that works with your brain, not against it.

Together, we will:

  • Reconnect with hunger, fullness, and body cues

  • Explore emotions around food without shame

  • Build body trust and reduce all-or-nothing patterns

  • Create gentle structure that supports routines, energy levels, and sensory preferences

  • Learn alongside others in a space that feels safe, validating, and supportive

This group offers depth and guidance in a more accessible format than 1:1 support, while still allowing space for your individual experience.
