I'm Yasmina Louise
I’m Yasmina, an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, and neurodivergent.
I know firsthand how overwhelming nutrition and wellbeing can feel when you’re managing body cues, executive dysfunction, and sensory overload.
After years of navigating my neurodiversity, diet culture, disordered eating and body image challenges, I’ve found a way to support myself and others through nutrition care that’s accessible, compassionate, and neuro-affirming, that fits into real life.
