Work with me

I offer 1:1 Intuitive Eating and Nutrition counselling, with practical support woven in to help you feel steady and supported in everyday life.

STEP 1: Book your Foundations Session

Every journey begins with a 90-minute Foundations Session.

In this session we will explore your relationship with food. What's been feeling difficult, what feels confusing, and what you're hoping to feel differently around eating and your body.

This session is a starting point, a space to get to know each other, set some initial goals, and decide together how to best support you moving forward.

We’ll begin laying the foundation for intuitive eating, and exploring patterns that shape how you eat. From there, we’ll explore practical ways to make meals and snacks feel nourishing and manageable in everyday life, including simple ways to add variety, fibre, protein, or other nourishing foods if that’s something you want support with.

Everything is supportive, non-dieting, and moves at your pace.

There’s no pressure to commit to ongoing support after your Foundations Session.

All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever feels comfortable.

Questions?
You might find the answers you're looking for in the FAQ. If not, feel free to send a message via the Contact Page - I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

STEP 2: Ongoing 1:1 support

After your Foundations Session, 1:1 sessions (60 minutes each) help you continue building a calmer, more trusting relationship with food and your body.

Together, we’ll:

  • Notice and trust your body signals around hunger and fullness

  • Work with feelings like guilt or stress around eating

  • Explore thoughts and emotions around body image and the pressures of diet culture

  • Try practical approaches to make meals and snacks feel nourishing and manageable, including ideas for adding variety, fibre, protein, or other foods you want support with.

(This is not an exhaustive list)

Most clients find that weekly or biweekly sessions over 2–3 months provide enough time to explore patterns, try new strategies, and build trust with food and their body. Together, we’ll choose a regular time that fits your life, while still moving at a pace that feels right for you.

Some sessions may focus more on thoughts and feelings about food and your body. Others may focus on practical support; like planning meals in a way that works with your energy, routines, or how your brain works.

Everything we do is collaborative. We move at your pace, adjusting support as your needs shift.

This is not about "perfect eating". It’s about finding a balance that helps you feel steady, supported and more at ease with food and your body.
