Foundations Session

Your first session is a 1:1 Foundations Session (90 minutes), where we explore your relationship with food, your routines, and your goals in more depth.

This helps us understand what’s been going on and where to start in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

Ongoing Support

After your Foundations Session, you can continue with 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions.

Together, we focus on:

  • exploring patterns around food, body, and nutrition

  • reconnecting with your hunger, fullness, and body signals at your own pace

  • noticing what feels nourishing and satisfying, rather than following strict rules

  • trying practical ways to approach meals, snacks, and routines that work in real life

  • adapting strategies to suit your routines, energy, and the way your brain works

  • building trust with your body, even if cues feel irregular, subtle, or intense
