A Holistic Approach
My approach weaves together evidence-based nutrition, the evidence-based Intuitive Eating Framework, and neurodivergent-affirming care to create an experience that feels both grounded and expansive. I support clients in building trust with their bodies through attuned, sensory-aware practices, honouring emotions, bodily cues, and lived experience.

Nutritional support includes exploring dietary needs in a way that respects body diversity, and the many intersecting factors that shape each person’s relationship with food, including sensory preferences, emotions, trauma history, cultural context, medical considerations, and access to food, to mention a few. This work honours individual differences and lived experience, offering space to adapt and adjust without shame or rigidity.

I adapt intuitive eating for neurodivergent individuals, recognising how sensory sensitivities, executive function challenges, and dysregulation can shape food relationships. This means taking extra care to build routines that feel accessible, validating interoceptive differences, and offering flexible strategies for self-attunement.
Rooted in trauma-informed values and relational safety, this work challenges diet culture while offering compassionate, client-led journey. Whether navigating body image, emotional, or dietary needs every step is guided by respect, curiosity, and the belief that healing begins with feeling seen.
