Nutrition and wellbeing support that meets you where you are, without shame, pressure or rigid rules.

I’m Yasmina, an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, and neurodivergent. I know how challenging it can feel when your routines, sensory needs, or body cues do not fit traditional advice. I’ve also struggled with confusing messages from diet culture, and I understand how these experiences can make food and body confidence feel stressful.
I have navigated diet culture, disordered eating, and body image challenges myself. Through that journey, I discovered an approach that works in real life and respects each person’s needs.
This experience shaped my practice and allows me to support others in building trust with their body, understanding hunger and fullness cues, and finding practical strategies for meals and routines, while making nutrition and body care feel less overwhelming.
needs.
I’m an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist (MSc Nutrition in Practice, BSc in Psychology) and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor.
I continue to expand my knowledge through specialist trainings and by staying up to date with the latest evidence-based research in nutrition, intuitive eating, and wellbeing strategies. This ensures my guidance is practical and current.
If you are looking for a safe, practical, and compassionate space to explore food, body, and wellbeing, where guidance is flexible, inclusive, and tailored to your life, you are in the right place.
