Nutrition and wellbeing support that meets you where you are, without shame, pressure or rigid rules.

I’m Yasmina, an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I’m also neurodivergent.
I know how challenging it can feel when food, routines, or body cues don’t seem to fit traditional advice, and how overwhelming conflicting messages from diet culture can be.
I’ve also experienced disordered eating, emotional eating, and body image challenges myself, and understand how these experiences can make food and body confidence feel stressful.
Through that journey, I found an approach that works in real life and respects each person’s individual needs.
This now shapes how I support others in building trust with their body, understanding hunger and fullness cues, and finding practical ways to approach food and routines in a way that feels more manageable and less overwhelming.
I also offer neuro-affirming support, adapting guidance to suit different needs, preferences, and ways of thinking.
I’m an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist (MSc Nutrition in Practice, BSc in Psychology) and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor.
I continue to expand my knowledge through specialist trainings and by staying up to date with the latest evidence-based research in nutrition, intuitive eating, and wellbeing strategies. This ensures my guidance is practical and current.
If you are looking for a safe, practical, and compassionate space to explore food, body, and wellbeing, where guidance is flexible, inclusive, and tailored to your life, you are in the right place. I would love to support you on your journey to feeling less overwhelmed, more confident, and more at peace with your body.

finding practical ways to approach meals, snacks, and routines so nutrition feels less stressful
-
building confidence with food and your body, without shame, rigid rules, or diet culture pressure
-
working with your sensory preferences, emotional needs, and day-to-day routines
Everything we do is guided by your pace, preferences, and lived experience.
