You deserve nutrition support that respects neurodiversity and individual needs

As a neurodivergent person, I know how challenging it can be to navigate nutrition and wellbeing.
For years, I just wanted to eat well, feel well, and be at peace in my body, without all the pressure to shrink myself in the name of health or to fit in. But on top of the noise from diet culture, I was managing executive dysfunction, inconsistent body cues, and sensory overload.
I’d forget to eat, and when I did remember, I couldn’t always put two and two together. Eating often only happened if some magic bean appeared right in front of me. This often spiralled into binges, shame, and body discomfort.
After years of trial and error, becoming a nutritionist, trying every diet, crying, not eating, bingeing, hating myself and beginning again, I’ve found a way to be at peace with food and my body.
A way of eating that’s accessible, structured but without rigidity and rules, sensory-aware, and rooted in compassion. A way of living that makes space for my needs and lets me show up fully as I am.
I’m an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist with a MSc Nutrition in Practice from Leeds Beckett University and a BSc in Psychology from University of York. I'm also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, with a special interest in neurodivergence.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches and shaped by a deep commitment to inclusivity, autonomy, and client-centred support. You can read my client promise here and more about my approach here.
I actively engage in continuous professional development to refine my skills and stay up to date in my training and current research. My upcoming CPD includes specialist training in Coaching Neurodivergent Individuals at Oxford Brookes University.
