Foundations Session
Your first session is a 1:1 Foundations Session (90 minutes), where we explore your relationship with food, your routines, and your goals in more depth.
This helps us start to understand what’s been going on and what kind of support will feel most helpful for you.

Ongoing Support
After your Foundations Session, you can continue with 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions.
Together, we focus on:

I'm Yasmina Louise
I’m Yasmina, an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I’m also neurodivergent.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived understanding of how complex food and body experiences can feel, especially when traditional advice doesn’t fit your routines, needs, or mental load.
