Welcome,
I'm
Yasmina Louise

I’m Yasmina, an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, and neurodivergent.

I know how challenging it can be to navigate food, body, and wellbeing when your routines, sensory needs, or hunger and fullness cues don’t fit traditional advice.

My approach blends intuitive eating principles with practical nutrition guidance that fits into your life. Together, we focus on:

  • Trusting your hunger and fullness cues, even if they are subtle, irregular, or intense

  • Finding nourishing meals and snacks that suit you

  • Honouring your routines, preferences, and sensory needs

  • Building confidence with food and your body, free from shame or strict rules

If you’re looking for guidance that’s flexible, compassionate, and tailored to you, you’re in the right place.

What my clients say

"I reached out to Yasmina because of her expertise in neurodivergent-friendly nutrition. She helped me find an approach that fits my age, lifestyle, and needs-especially around menopausal brain fog and sleeplessness. With her guidance, I’ve experienced fewer hot flushes, clearer thinking, and more restful nights. I feel energised, comfortable, and at peace in my body again.”
