1-1 Neuro-Affirming Session

The 1-1 Neuro-Affirming Sessions are standalone sessions. They are ideal if you have specific nutrition or wellbeing goals you'd like support with, or if you're not ready to commit to a full programme just yet.

Your first booking will always be a Foundations Session, where you share your story and clarify your goal and what matters to you - See this as your first 1-1 Neuro-Affirming Session. You can book your Foundations session HERE.

If you’d like continued support after that - whether for a second, third, or fourth session - you’re always welcome to book additional Neuro-Affirming 1:1 Sessions at your own pace.

In each session, we’ll focus on a goal that’s important to you or continue where we left off. Whether that’s exploring strategies for executive dysfunction challenges around eating, increasing your fibre intake in a manageable way, or something else entirely. We’ll create a personalised action plan to support you in moving forward with clarity and confidence
